We absolutely LOVE Itto's! It's our favorite ramen spot in Asheville! We've tried so many things on the menu and they're all SO good, so very well-prepared, and you can taste the love. Our favorites are the Deluxe Ramen, and the House Ramen.... When I order the House, brothless Ramen, I always order the deluxe ramen broth along with some arugula and corn, and it's AMAZING! So freaking delicious. The bao buns with chasu pork are outrageous, and the avocado ball is to die for. Go try all of it... You will NOT Be disappointed!

Itto Ramen Bar & Tapas in Asheville was phenomenal. Everything we ordered was excellent, and the meal had a great mix of flavors, textures, and variety. We had the dynamite shrimp, shishito peppers, bao buns, crispy rice with crab, and two different types of ramen. Every dish was well prepared and full of flavor. The ramen was rich and satisfying, the small plates were fun to share, and the crispy rice and crab dish was a standout. We also had cocktails and a bottle of sake, both of which paired really well with the food. Overall, this was a fantastic meal and definitely a place I would recommend for anyone looking for great ramen, tapas-style dishes, and drinks in Asheville.

My favorite thing about West Asheville Itto is the food. My second favorite thing is ... FREE PARKING LOT! My third favorite thing is ... IT'S ENORMOUS AND YOU RARELY HAVE TO WAIT FOR A TABLE! Enjoy!

We visited Itto Ramen today and ordered the Itto Classic ramen. The broth was rich, and the seared pork belly had an amazing smoky aroma and flavor. Miss Sky kindly recommended the pan-fried dumplings, and they turned out to be incredibly juicy and delicious. Her warm and attentive service made our meal even more enjoyable. We truly had a great time dining here ❤️recommend 👍👍👍

Food: the food came out nice and hot. We ordered two tapas but dont feel the price justified for the size to be shareable. The shrimp could have been more of for $12 but that's me. The crab rangoons had more cream than crab in it. It was like the ones you can get at Panda Express. The miso soup was big enough to share. It was nice but I can't say it was unique to me. Service: the place was not busy so they were quick to serve but didn't serve much water to us. Ambiance: cute small building with Asian decorations. Indoor and outdoor seating.
